MES, WMS, QMS, EAM and APS in one platform. A solid platform foundation carries each manufacturer's unique processes and workflows, so the system adapts to the enterprise and keeps evolving with the business.
We don't define your best practices,
we amplify your unique strengths
Every outstanding manufacturer has processes, workflows and management wisdom built up over the years. These differences are not something digitalization should eliminate; they are the enterprise's true core competitiveness.
A good MOM does not make all enterprises the same; it makes excellent enterprises even better.
Not the other way around. We provide proven industry best practices without forcing enterprises to compromise, and support flexible customization to each enterprise's own processes.
Unique practices are what set an enterprise apart. We help enterprises discover, capture and amplify their own best practices.
The system evolves continuously with the business, turning today's competitive advantage into tomorrow's greater growth engine.
Covers the core areas of manufacturing operations - planning, execution, materials, quality and equipment - sharing one set of master data and work order data. Deploy together or enable step by step as needed.
Plans drive work orders, work orders drive kitting and execution, execution data feeds quality and equipment analysis, and the results feed back into planning, forming a continuously improving operations loop.
The core capabilities of the five systems combine into an integrated solution covering the entire manufacturing operations process.
Receives orders and manages status, activation, serial numbers and completion closure, so plans truly drive the shop floor.
The engine enforces routings: unreleased routings cannot be produced, and NG units automatically follow the rework path.
Five validation types - material loading, route, status, data and quantity - plus equipment interlock.
Products, work orders, materials, equipment and parameters are linked, so customer complaints are quickly traced to the root cause.
One item, one code, fully carrying location, batch and date code, with every ledger transaction recorded.
Hard blocking at issue; cumulative exposure timing for moisture-sensitive materials, with automatic locking on expiry.
Incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections trigger automatically, with NCR, CAPA and 8D closed-loop improvement.
SPC, CPK and WECO rule detection, plus document control, audits and supplier quality management.
Plans expand automatically, tasks are executed by PDA scanning, and repair requests close the loop and update the ledger.
Fixture life, stencil consumables and instrument calibration are fully controlled and linked to station-pass release.
Combines process, resource, shift and material constraints to schedule down to line and hour.
Dynamic rescheduling after rush orders, breakdowns and shortages, with multi-scenario simulation before decisions.
Built on MOM's full-domain data, industrial AI agents serve typical roles: they detect issues, analyze causes, recommend actions and track results, turning expert experience into reusable capability.
Detects downtime, shortage, quality and takt anomalies, assesses impact, finds causes, recommends actions and tracks recovery.
Automatically reschedules after rush orders, breakdowns, shortages or staffing changes, and explains the adjustments.
SPC anomalies, defect clustering, batch traceability and root-cause hypotheses, with CAPA recommendations.
Shift start preparation, task assignment, production monitoring, exception follow-up and shift handover summaries.
Fault diagnosis, repair recommendations, historical case matching, spare-part checks and work order generation.
Work-order kitting checks, shortage prediction, substitute material assessment and line-side inventory coordination.
Correlates parameters with yield and takt time, identifying the best parameter window and process drift.
Answers "Why did we miss output today?", "Which orders are at risk?" and "What should be handled first right now?"
Focused on discrete manufacturing, with practices built up across multiple industries to fit their process characteristics, and extensible to each enterprise's own processes.
Error-proofing across SMT, DIP, assembly and test; one-board-one-code traceability; controlled consumables and fixture life.
Meets OEM audit and traceability requirements, with controlled process quality and fast exception closure.
Combined with SECS/GEM equipment connectivity for equipment automation, Recipe control and data collection.
Work-order scheduling, process flow, equipment maintenance and tooling management for high-mix, low-volume production.
Emphasizes controlled processes, permissions and data security, and full traceability, with support for domestic (Xinchuang) adaptation.
An open, modular, distributed architecture that meets the integration, extension and stable-operation needs of complex business scenarios in large enterprises.
Open interfaces, flexible integration.
Multiple terminals, browsers and environments.

Connects IT/OT systems through APIs, messaging, files, industrial protocols and edge gateways.
Flexibly configure routings, products, inspection and other rules to fit complex production processes.
Makes secondary development easy, turning delivery from "development" into "configuration".
Built on MOM's full-domain data, hosting the analysis and response capabilities of industrial AI agents.
Common questions about platform composition, customization, system integration and deployment.
RockPlus MOM is a manufacturing operations management platform; MES, WMS, QMS, EAM and APS are the five business systems within it. MES focuses on production execution, and MOM builds on it to unify warehousing, quality, equipment and planning into a complete manufacturing operations system. The systems can be deployed together or enabled step by step as needed.
Yes. The platform provides flexible modeling of routings, products and inspection rules, plus a low-code extension mechanism. Building on proven industry practices, it is configured and extended to the enterprise's own processes, with customizations managed in a separate layer from standard functions to make later upgrades easier.
The platform offers multiple integration methods, including RESTful API, WebService, TCP/UDP, FTP, messaging and files, and can connect equipment and industrial protocols through an edge gateway. The specific approach must be assessed against the open interfaces of the customer's systems.
The platform backend runs on Windows and Linux, the frontend is browser-based, and container and Kubernetes deployment are supported. A replaceable Xinchuang (domestic IT) adaptation framework is also built around operating systems, databases and middleware. The specific adaptation scope is subject to project confirmation.
